Hello. The question presented to me does not share what state you are in. Every state has a legal Bar Association that usually has a lawyer referral service that will refer you to a Labor and Employment attorney in your area.If your employer is not paying you the correct wages, you can contact the department of labor for your state and ask to make a wage complaint. You can also complain if the employer is not taking proper taxes or reimbursing you for expenses. For a discrimination claim you may file a complaint online with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. This is the federal agency that investigates employment discrimination claims and issues a right to sue letter that will allow you to sue the employer.

It worked great. I had the facts and I presented them to my ex-landlord and she folded and returned my deposit. The 50 bucks I spent with you solved my problem.
