He in hospital. Don't know what steps for him. Also she had interlock. Due to come out this month. Her last dui case closed. Passenger was blowing in interlock for her. Police would not allow her to talk to him yesterday.

She needs to make no statements to anyone. She needs to plead not guilty in court and she needs to ask for an attorney to be appointed to represent her if she cannot afford an attorney. If she can afford an attorney, then she needs to hire her own attorney, because she would not be able to deal with this without an attorney I am sorry to say. A 3rd DUI and having someone else blow in the interlock and causing someone to be injured is a serious offense and is looking at least at 24 months of jail time, minimum.

Ok. Yes. She has to have a lawyer today before court? Or ask for attorney during court today.?
