Hello! I am a licensed attorney, admitted to practice in state and federal court. I have a nearly 100% satisfaction rating (click here for more info) so all that means is that you can count on me to help today.

The answer to your question is no. If the company has been dissolved, then the company has essentially died. The only exception would be if there has been a receiver appointed by the court or if the company has sent out notices that the company assets have been transferred to a specific person or organization.
