Good afternoon. Did they speak with their client about this and did the client agree?

Sure we spoke about what was gong to be filed, but when the stipulation got filed they left out some details that were on a draft.
Lawyer: LegalKnowledge, Attorney replied 4 months ago

The attorney does not necessarily have to have the client proofread every motion that is filed or a stipulation BUT it certainly does need to reflect what was agreed to and spoken about, by the attorney and the client. I think there is an issue and the attorney needs to address why they left things out and if this was an accident or the attorney did it because they thought it was in the clients best interest. Even then, they would need to get the client to agree if they spoke about and discussed something different.
