The Statement shows that the borrower is American Estate and Trust. Maturity date was 07/07/2017.Notice of default? I have been sending many letters request to Accuplan but to no avail. How do I send a notice of default
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
I was told that it was going to be $47 for this question
A notice of default is basically a formal letter, referencing the deed of trust, saying that they are in arrears and that they need to pay or else risk foreclosure on the property.
