i own to my son...
I need information on how to give the title to a house that i own to my son. The house is paid for and I don’t want any kind of compensation for it. I just want to sign over the title to him. What kind of legal documentation or process is necessary.

This form gets signed and notarized, and is then filed (recorded) with the deed clerk in the county where the property is located.
