Thank you very much for your patience. Generally, unless you have a contract stating that you would have interest in the home, then if you are unmarried, then you don't automatically have any rights to the property. If your name is ***** ***** on the deed or the title to any property, then everything you provided will be determined to be a gift by a court. Of course, this changes if you had an oral or written agreement that says that in exchange for your payments, you would receive some interest in the property. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. What other questions did you have for me?

It worked great. I had the facts and I presented them to my ex-landlord and she folded and returned my deposit. The 50 bucks I spent with you solved my problem.
