Hi. My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney. I would be happy to provide assistance. Please keep in mind that our conversation does not include an attorney-client relationship and this is for general information purposes only.

I am sorry to hear of your mother's passing. It is never easy to lose a loved one.

I have reviewed the information you have provided. Just to confirm, are you asking how to get this relative to move out of your mother's property or how to prevent them from moving in?
