Hello and welcome to JustAnswer. Please note: This is general information for educational purposes only and is not legal advice. No specific course of action is proposed herein, and no attorney-client relationship or privilege is formed by speaking to an expert on this site. By continuing, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.I am sorry to hear about your predicament.
You would need to collect money for a down payment and apply for a mortgage (including providing credit, income, and expense history) but you sound like you have another fundamental issue. You need your uncle to agree to sell you and your siblings the home. Despite your familial connections to the home, your uncle is not obligated to sell the home to you from the facts that you provided.
