I have two legal cases that have judgements against me. Can you confirm this if I provide the case numbers? One of these is in Washington State and one is in Oklahoma. The Oklahoma one needs Pacer. Are you able to look up the case with Pacer?

Lawyer's Assistant: Since laws vary from place to place, what state is this in?

Washington and Oklahoma

Lawyer's Assistant: Has anything been filed or reported?

WASHINGTON CASE: Court: King Co Superior Ct Case Number: **************** OKLAHOMA CASE: U.S. District Court - Oklahoma Western U.S. District Court - Western District of Oklahoma (Oklahoma City) CIVIL DOCKET FOR CASE #: *****************

Lawyer's Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?

That's everything. I think I am in the clear for collections with both cases. But will need Pacer for the Oklahoma one to confirm.

Okay. That's no problem. Before I invest the money, I just want to make sure you can complete the request. I need pacer output results to find my answer. So when I provide, you can look this up?
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
Basically I have one Washington State default judgement and one Oklahoma State default judgement. I need to find out if these have expired for collections and I am good. or if I should still be concerned. Can you look this up for me with the numbers of the cases provided and then confirm if I am in the clear per se the statues? 5/10 years/etc..
Lawyer: Attorney2, Attorney replied 8 months ago

The only Attorneys that would call you would Attorneys that can access Pacer.
