how are you? I Pawned some jewelry at the pawn shop on may 19th and went in today to pick up or pay on it. and they said it was gone they didn't call send a letter or any thing. said I had 45 days. can I take them to court

If it is beyond the 45 days and you did not pay, they have the right to sell the property. You need to read your contract for the pawn, because it would specify in the contract stating if you fail to make payments or renew the pawn agreement, they can sell the item without notice to you. Therefore, if you missed the time and they did sell, legally you gave them that right in the pawn contract.
