Customer Question

hello, my daughter does not live with me although I have her on my health insurance. She has had medicaid for quite some time now I guess. Will they cut her off or let her keep her medicaid as a secondary insurance. She has her own home and pays her own bills. She is 20 years old
JA: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Michigan
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: it looks like my insurance is being billed primary and her insurance must be picking up the rest since it shows that I owe nothing on all these claims although I have a pretty big deductible
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: BCBS was unable to tell me who was picking up the rest of the bill and if it was going to remain that way

If there is alternate coverage Medicaid will be removed.
