I may have done a double entry. The problem is I placed a claim for hail damage to shingles. Also a claim for damaged tresses in attic caused by large tree branches laying on roof. Branches were not completely disconnected from tree. Adjuster came out looked at roof and said definite hail damage. He said this in front of 3rd party. I hired a structural engineer to check attic. He said damaged most likely caused by trees. Insurance company hired engineer that said damage caused by wear and take. Waited a long time for movement from company. Emailed CEO with issues. Probably a bad move. Got a fast response. Claim denied. What are my options

Thank you for the information.

You need to file for reconsideration. If your claim is denied again, then you need to file complaint against the insurer with your IL Department of Insurance.

Goodluck with your case,
