I have a one year lease onsite manager lease that is good to December 31st of 2017 Lee Apartments the apartments have been sold the new owner has come to me and let me go , as on-site manager wants to raise my rent from $1,060 to $1,700 I have not got any notice are a new Lease so can I just pay what My curreny leasesays
