My boyfriend is on parole in Idaho state. His conditions of release do not say he has to have unconstite searches. We have lived in Wa state where I work on a state licensed farm. Marijuana is legal. We are only in Idaho because they informed him he had to have six week of parole in Idaho before he could be completely done. We checked into a hotel for the next six weeks. He had two weeks left and they came to our room. He answered the door they immediately had him step out and cuffed him. They then entered and cuffed me as well. They tore our room apart including my bags, suitcases, purses and such. Now we have a mini kitchen in our room so we have things to cook with alone with tin foil, quart sized bags, Serran wrap, and such. The have baggies they must be selling drugs the probation officer says. She asked to search my car parked outside I of course said no. She asked if it was registered to me only and yes it is. She said she was going to search it anyways. Well of course they found the marijuan, granted I don't smoke but I work in the industry, and my Alcohol bottles. They told me I had to dump out these expensive bottles. I am 50 yrs old, I am of legal age. They called the police they took the marijuana said they were going to destroy it. They told my bf he has 15 mins to get dressed and come to office. We did they of course UA him. She also informed him that his current conditions of release state's no conditional jail time but she was going to give him 2 days because she can. Now was any of that legal?
