My small business lost a court case and our bank had a Legal

Customer Question

My small business lost a court case and our bank had a Legal Order to garnish our account for over $16k. This pretty much put us out of business. We filed with the state of Flordia to dissolve the company, but I wanted to write a letter to our clients letting them know we are out of business. Some jobs are still not done, so I am sure they will be coming after us legally, I just wanted to inform them as per the letter of the law.
