Final Decree Does not include judgment for visitation. the Plaintiff (Father) shall have visitation as permitted by lawDoes include judgement for custody. The Defendant (Mother) shall have sole legal and physical custody of the minor child.Defendant made a false allegation and there is a Child Protective Order. Is this the correct name of the Motion (Motion to Remand)? Question 3: In the interim until the Motion to Amend Order for visitation is pending and if Defendant does not allow Plaintiff to have contact with child can Plaintiff File an Emergency Motion to Amend Custody or Visitation.
