Thank you for the additional information.
For the will to go through probate an estate would need to be opened with the court for the county where your father was a resident on his date of death. Once the will is filed with the court it is a public record whcih may be accessed by anyone.
So, all you need to to do is contact the clerk of the court and request a copy of the will on file or go in person and request the court file to examine its contents.
If you have no further questions, and have not yet done so, please remember to leave a favorable rating (click 5 stars in the rating section on this page). It is the only way that I am credited by JustAnswer for assisting you.
There is no additional charge to you for rating me favorably.
A bonus is not expected, but is always appreciated.
Unfortunately, state bar regulations prohibit me from representing you.
