Customer Question

WANTED TO KNOW IF ONE CAN DO A TRO AFTER LOSING A PI
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: CALIFORNIA
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: yes complaint filed and then PI was submitted , the judge granted a tentative PI based on paper work filed, but when the actual hearing took place, the judge denied us based on opposing counsel arguments he said.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: not really I just want to know if it is a proper move
