I purchased a vehicle on the 5th of december. I have the contract from capital one that i got at the dealership. The dealer just called me and said that fi n ancing fell thru because they sent the wrong vin number to the bank. Now they want me to go sign new contract for 10% more interest. Is that legal? What do i do?
