Federal case/federal law: My motion for summary judgment was

Customer Question

Federal case/federal law: My motion for summary judgment was denied, so I filed a rule 59(e) which was denied 30 days ago today. What do I do?
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: It is a federal case, not a state case, but I am in Michigan.
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: Be specific.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just need emergency answer because I am a pro se and don't know if I can file an appeal or notice of appeal. I have an extremely short window of time today.

Have you considered reargument or leave to appeal?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I cannot reargue. What is leave to appeal? Can you please call instead of messaging?(###) ###-#### I only have 10 minutesw in which to address this.
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
When is the case over? Is it already over with the summary judgment? If not, when can I file the appeal. I think it is due within the next hour IF I am allowed to file one.
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
No, cannot afford a $59 phone call.
