Customer Question

i know a verbal contract is a binding contract but what if the other party based it on what turns out to be a lie of omission? And aren't they a little nervy to expect me, disabled, to still hold up my end of the bargain?
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Sorry, Tina. California.
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: No.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: I believe I am being used due to my disability by the owner of an established practice studio and sometimes venue for musicians in San Francisco.
