Customer Question

Customer: thank you, ***** ***** for picking up the keyword "pays". closed window.
JA: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: TX
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: not yet
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: nah, I can talk to the lawyer - but would want someone specialized in tx - we are special down here :)

I am a Texas attorney. He would have to pay for the cleanup of the mess he caused.

What type of attorney would I use to help me in my responses and dealing with this neighbor? He is beginning to make claims that the bamboo we planted has caused him to have to replace his entire roof and his gutters (which is ridiculous) along with vomplaining about the plants being tied to the fence. In looking at the survey, it will be a tough call as to who owns what, but I need to be able to work out a common understanding and action plan so we can put this issue to rest.
