JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.

Customer: yes the levy was made on my checking account chase bank

Customer: Yes I was unemployed after my clinical business went from full time to part time. I have a job now and was making payment of a default student loan. I missed a couple of payments because the collection dept misplaced my banking documentation.
