My husband's father died in 2013, he was still married but separated for over 40 years. My brother in law is going to probate court today to be the power of attonery. I need to know if I am legally entitled to 1/2 of my husbands share. We have been married for 27 years and been together for almost 35 years. They are leing about things to me.
