Hello, I'm being sued by my ex-partner for part of the condo he has not occupied and im trying to file and answer. I think I have the right form but certain parts of confusing

For family law, the property division would be part of a dissolution of a domestic partnership or a divorce. If you never married or registered, then it's a real estate issue.
