Second opinion] - Hospital bills - overwhelmed - do not owe - hospital(s) stonewalled when I asked for charity care and classified self-pay. Result collections credit bureaus fico in the basement. Health & Safety code makes free healthcare mandatory for me homeless, unemployed, 70 yo, no ability to pay. I finished law school in 86. feel free to get technical. any advice?

Customer: No no action on purpose I can go at them 4 different ways, including unilateral contract and substantively unconscionable admission contract.

Let me rephrase my first writing into a question.
Question: What can I do about hospitals mis-classifying me as self-pay, bills sent to collection and credit bureaus,
when charity flee health care was made mandatory by Cal and Statutes and common law. Hospitals in open defiance of the law.
