We did over 5 million dollars worth of business with a local credit union. The bank mgr now refuses to work with our customers and turns them away from us even though these are members of their bank. The bank mgr informs the customer that they will not do business with us. Is this legal

A bank does not have to do business with anyone they choose not to deal with. So, legally, the bank can tell customers they do not engage in business with your dealership. As long as the bank is not informing customers of known false information about your business, telling customers they do not do business with your dealership is not illegal. This is something you are going to have to sit down with the Credit Union board of directors and negotiate with them as the board of directors and Credit Union president can dictate to their managers.
