If you broke bones while doing home improvements and all

Customer Question

If you broke bones while doing home improvements and all your employer has on you is fmla but no money going to you, if there any help, I have to pay my insurance premiums and can't afford to pay them
JA: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Virginia Beach, Va.
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: Only to the employer and am telling bill collectors as they call
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: My wife drives a school bus and clears around 800 a month and she also gets a SS check for 1034, but our house alone is 1000 a month, we're running out of food and can't make our payments, I go back to the doctor in 4 weeks and he said I may get to start walking on my foot in the boot then but as of now my bones haven't healed.
