I had 50 football jerseys that was supposed to be delivered to me priority mail, and was never delivered, the tracking said deliverd to an individual but it never was,that was 5,200 in merchandise, can I make usps pay for that?

Yes, you can file a claim against USPS and also the company that mailed it. It was their responsibility. You could file a claim in small claims court if the costs fall under the maximum cap allowed in your county.
