Customer Question

Well I have two things going on. One with qlink and my phone I have been complaining about shutting off on me while talking to my doctors and nurses and once to 911. Well on the 20th my friend harold passed at the house. Three times during the 911 call the phone restarted and they couldn't save harold. My question is I've warned them that this would happen to me but it happened to a friend at my house and he very well could have been sdaved if the phone hadn' been restarting

Thank you for your question. I look forward to working with you to provide you the information you are seeking for educational purposes only.

Qlink is not legally liable for when their service is not working, just like cell phone services are not liable for outages in service. If you can prove it is not a service defect and it is a manufacturing defect, then you also need medical records proving that had you gotten the service there faster he would have survived with a reasonable degree of medical certainty, then you can sue the company for product liability and manufacturing defect. If there is a manufacturing defect the manufacturer can have liability for any harm their defect causes you to experience.
