Dear Customer,

I am sorry to learn of this vague notice - the notice should at a minimum have the court name, the court case number, the court's location, and the date and time of the hearing.

It will also have the name of the party, or the attorney for the party, that filed the motion.

You can take this information to the court and get the case file. (You will want to do that ahead of time as most civil hearings will require you to file a written opposition in advance of the hearing day).
