After filing an open records request with my municipality

Customer Question

After filing an open records request with my municipality for emails from two individuals it became evident that some information was omitted. I asked for emails from the deleted server that should hold emails for 30 days. All they could provide were emails after to the original open records request date, nothing before. I believe they deleted what they didn't want us to see and the deleted the server of those same emails. I understand that I would have to bring this to the District Attorney's office. Do you think I have a case worth fighting?

I think you should pursue it as this may be an obstruction of justice.
