Customer Question

I had 2 pcs of property on a note with a private lender and sold one. The lender demanded all proceeds be applied to note and redone with new pmts. When I went to sign they did not have all the payments I had sent over the last 3 yrs credited to the note. They are missing 6-7 payments. What would be the next step if they do not credit them? I do have my canceled checks.

I want to make sure I have a loan and the lender has not given credit for all payments you have made to date, is that correct?

And you want to know how to force them to give you credit?
