A bene change form was completed and notarized then the insured died before it was sent in. Now insurance co wont accept bene change form.
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer yet?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you think the lawyer should know?
Customer: The insured was my mother, I' her only child the two other benes were her dead husbands children who she never had anything to do with and has a judgemnet against one

Was the form postmarked after or before she died?

I do not have a copy of the policy, but I may be able to find one.
The form was obviously signed and notarized prior to her death, but she died two days after and so the form was sent after she died.
