I have many denied medical claims that are in collections

Customer Question

I have many denied medical claims that are in collections and going into the court system now and they should be covered by our insurance company! they are for ER and Urgent care centers that I had to go to for GI issues, that are not resolved yet, and they are stating they won't pay for "Chronic Pain" when that is not what I am there for. It even stated on one of my appeals that was denied that these claims will only be paid if "condition is unable to be treated at physicians office and warrants emergency or other care...."I need help please??!! Very detailed situation and too long to send in email!
