Hello Customer,

If your appeal has been filed, with briefs to the court submitted, then there is little to do while waiting for a decision from the appeals court. If oral arguments have been scheduled, it could take several months after oral argument for the appeals court to render its decision. It is frustrating while waiting for a decision, but there is really no legal action to take while waiting. There is no other court or legal body to take your case to. The appeals court will render its decision in due course. Unfortunately the only thing to do is to wait.
