Me and my fiancé are living in a extended stay with out two baby we were asked to get them certified my this coming Monday and we did as of today they are service animals we told the property manager that they were certified however they are not going to let us renew anymore can they legally do that because they gave us till Monday to get papers and now they say we can not renew

I am sorry to hear that. I would not consider that appropriate. IF they gave you a deadline and you complied with their request then they cannot deny you the extension. The Americans with Disabilities Act provides fairly broad protections for service animals.
