Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am an attorney. I am happy to assist.

Unfortunately, it is possible to make a contract through a text message, but it would have to include all of the relevant terms of the agreement. It should include the date, the amount to be paid, and the scope of the services to be paid for. If he had all that information in the text message than a court would consider that to be a valid contract.

Please let me know if this is not clear or if you have any questions about this.
