How can I get neighbors to not block my private driveway?

Customer Question

Hi. I'm just trying to look up info about neighbors stating my "driveway" is not such and they feel they may parki in front of said private driveway.
The "driveway" in question is a park off area paid for and concreted by the prior owner. It was an area cut back from the road into my yard. It is a private area, and I want to prove my point it's a private area. I maintain the area in question, not the city, state, or township.

Thank you for your question.

Have you posted a No Parking - Violators will Be Towed sign?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have "no parking. Don't block driveway" signs. Going up tomorrow. My park off area is right next to the street.

I was redoing all my landscaping before posting them but I assume I have to now ha

Your sign has to comply with sections 212.102 and 212.115, see

If the sign does not comply with the statutes, the police may not enforce it, and may order it removed.

I hope this information is helpful.
