If you have current group life benefits, no, they cannot cancel your life policy for you having those disorders. A life policy cannot discriminate against a policy holder based on disability. A life company can refuse to issue a new policy or charge more money based on the conditions you describe, but they cannot cancel a current policy holder who develops them.
