The plaintiff had filed a supplemental motion for summary judgement, and the judge dimissed that and mentioned DCM Scheduling report, plaintiffs scheduling report. what does that mean.

The two scheduling orders, the reports, state when a party can file dispositive motions, which is what a summary judgment is called. If they filed the motion untimely, you can actually file a motion for attorney's fees and costs if you incurred any of those in having to respond to his improper motion outside of the scheduling reports. You need to also look at the two scheduling reports which are on file in the clerk's office with your case if you do not have a copy, and you need to follow those orders.
