Used car dealer agrees to sell me a car for $2200 on

Customer Question

Used car dealer agrees to sell me a car for $2200 on 6/18/2016 but says security remote doesn't work correctly and will have replacement by Wednesday 6/23/2016. Date comes and goes have checked with him on several occasions. Now on Friday 7/1/2026 car is back in his window with for sale sign without any notice to me can he do this?

Unfortunately, he can do so eventhough it is not a good business or good customer service. He can put the car back on the market if you do not have any signed agreement, regrettably.

Kindly give a positive rating to my response so that I can receive credit for responding to your post. There is no additional cost to you for doing this.

Thank you for your cooperation.
