Customer Question

Can my attorney disclose my financial standings with them with my soon to be exact wife's attorney?
I.E My ex just told me that my attorney just told her attorney that if I don't square up my remaining balance they won't represent me. I've been makingredients my payments and have a remaining balance of $148.
My attorney told me if I didn't settled for what my ex wants then they will with draw? I feel I'm being strong armed.

This is unethical conduct by your attorney. You need to tell him that you will file a state bar grievance for this conduct if he does something like that again. He breached attorney client privilege and exposed you in your case. The other side might be motivated to run up your legal bill by filing frivolous motions.
