Can anyone take away my Social Security money, I am 85 yrs no other assets in world, no savings only my check each month, I am also on Social Service care. All I own is a 1970 mobile. I have my mobile as right of survival my husband died and mobile is now mine. I am sueing because of wrongful death. If I lose will I lose my home and have to pay all court costs and lose my home.

Social security is, as a general rule, exempt from commercial creditor claims. If all you have is socil security then you are"judgment proof", meaning that even if someone were to get a judgment against you, they would have no way to collect it from you because social security retirement benefits are not subject to garnishment by commercial creditors.
