I filed a petition pro per writ of mandate against

Customer Question

Hi. I filed a petition pro per for a writ of mandate against my local County (California) government. In their response they asked for attorney's fees and costs. I know the County let a contract with its attorney in the amount of $50,000, an amount I am not prepared to risk.
What form do I need to file out to withdraw my petition without prejudice?
