I am a social security recipiant and have never had any review or recalulation changes made in amount that I receive. I am 86 years old. should I seek a review of my account prior to May 1st?

Hi - my name is Roger. Generally, you'd only want a review if your conditions have worsened and you could increase the money you're entitled to.
