Customer Question

i have a roommate who is in the process of moving out after 2 1/2 years. I've discovered that over the course of his time living in my hose, he's been stealing my clothes. At the moment, ased on purchase value (most of these items are new), I'm looking at in excess of $4000 of clothing. He denies taking anything, claiming the items are his.
What legal recourse, if any, do I have and what would be required to pursue it as an option?

Have you contacted the police? Have you considered suing him in small claims court?
