Hello,

PARS stands for the Preliminary Arraignment System. Basically it's just the system the court system uses to input and transfer the arrest information from the police to the various people that need to get that information so that the Municipal court clerk can calendar your case. In other words, all a PARS transfer means is that the police paperwork has reached the DA, the bail interview unit and the Municipal Court clerk.
