Customer Question

Virginia's "Use of Terms" statute which provides definitions for its controlled substance statutes, does not define "detectable amount.

When a statute does not define a particular term, then the ordinary dictionary definition applies. A detectable amount of methamphetamine in solution would be any amount that would make a solution test positive for the presence of methamphetamine.
